Brutal class. Drew Mr. RLS again and managed to repeatedly get “sick air” on a simple ukemi warmup drill – kokyu #1. It was hot. Time seemed to move backwards. Standin B.Sensei like to do “20 times and switch” instead of the traditional 4 times each side.
Did several variations on koto-gayeshi from shomenuchi.
It is good to see variations on the same technique, even on individual steps
