Good week

It has been a much better week since the last post.  I have hit all my workouts right on schedule.  Today found a new out-and-back route for my long run.  The same old loops, figure-8's, and butterflies through the neighborhood were getting tiresome when trying to compile.  This next week will be interesting as I will be relegated to crosstraining on an elliptical, due to circumstances.  Maybe a wind trainer?
