I won’t say I need to “get in shape” per se, but I do spend 8 hours+ a day at the computer.
This is interesting and clever. The idea is, instead of sitting at your desk for 8 hours day, spend that time gently strolling at 1mph…while you work. To the tune of 100 calories per hour. Add 11 to that if you are chewing gum at the same time.
Wondering how it would or could work in the home office. Web browsing and emails? Yes. CAD drafting though?
