Here’s a little something to fill that gap between New Year’s resolutions and Lent. The 100 Push Ups training program.
Today: 5.5 miles on Cherokee Trail. Fast, hard pushing miles. For a change. Guess I had a lot of pent up angst. Saw a heron up close. I’ve started alternating directions, for variety. Today was clockwise.
6 weeks, 3 days to Lent. No connection to doing pushups, just a mental note.
